Google indeed revamped its mobile site for Google Voice and it is a lot better than it was (I will have a review soon of the new version). However, even the new mobile site does not give you the native app feel. Black Swan is a much better looking app, supports landscape mode, etc. Although, I agree that for free, the Google Voice mobile version kicks a@#. Hopefully, the site will be updated with better look and feel. You are absolutely right.
