It's working now! You might consider adding to #2 that you will first have to input your PIN, then you can press “2″. BTW, when I'm in the GV app and it directs me to call 1 (225) 341-2467, is that a GV trunkline and does it count against my cellphone minutes? Thanks again for the help!

Ahh, Google changed the menu options. Call Presentation is now merged with Call Screening. So, enable Call Screening and you should be good to go.

Yes, I've registered my phone with GV ( I assume that having a Google Voice account and verifying the phone using the call back procedure means that my phone is registered – also I can see my phone on my account). I tried to verify the Call Presentation per your instructions in #2, but I don't see it in my settings. When I'm at my inbox, I click through Settings > Calls (https://www.google.com/voice#callsettings), but the only options shown on the “Calls” page are “Call Screening”, “Caller ID (in)”, “Caller ID (out)”, and “Do Not Disturb”. Thanks in advance.

Have you enabled Call Presentation and have you registered your phone on Google Voice? If you have done both of these, there is no reason it should not work. It is a documented feature in GV.

#2 is not working for me. I call my GV number, but GV wants my PIN. I don't get an opportunity to press “2″. After I enter my PIN, I'm in the phone tree and pressing “2″ transfers me to a GV service voicemail. BTW, I was interested in #2 because I'm not able to make GV calls on my i-phone. I've got the GV app, but when I dial a number, I received a pop-up to call 1 (225) 341-2467. Now, when I call this number, which is a Baton Rouge, LA number, I receive the following recording, “We are unable to complete this call, please try again.” So, all in all, I'm having problems with my GV mVOIP. BTW, I have a text and a data block on my i-phone. I don't know if this is causing the problem, but I am able to use data over private WIFI networks, so I didn't think it would matter.
