It is a fairly complicated process and something that I may not be able in a short comment. However, for the sake of this reply, I will say that VoIP transfers the voice over the internet rather than through the telecom provider's lines. Since the Internet is a free network, it does not cost that much and which is why VoIP service is cheaper then traditional phone service. I will try to put together a detailed post on how it works.

You need to change the internet settings in Control Panel so that the internet traffic is routed through the VPN. If you haven't changed the settings, your internet traffic may be going through your ISP and that may be causing the problem.

I am in UAE. I downloadad rynga software at www.rynga.com thru vpn network.But i could not open dialer in my WindowVista laptop.If i try to open dialer,aftersometimes showing not responding. Please advice me how do open or which way i can open dialer or what i have to do.

As I mentioned earlier, it may be difficult to get in touch with Rynga customer service. Betamax does not have a very good reputation in terms of customer service and unfortunately I do not have access to any one in the company to help you directly.

Having said that, I have to tell you that such issues are sporadic and more of exception than norm. So, if you are willing to take the risk, you may want to create another account and start with a low amount. Hopefully, it should not happen to you again…
