Rynga.Com – Cheap International Calling to India & other locations [Review]

The payment issues (not able to use credit cards, Paypal) with several Betamax providers, hasn’t stopped Betamax from rolling out another service – Rynga. This seems to be a regular affair – every few months Betamax will roll out a new service with some great rates to various destinations and slowly increase the rates (only to make room for another service).

Rynga is similar to other similar services like ActionVoIP, Jumblo, SmartVoIP, etc., in several respects:

You need to download a free dialer to create an account with Rynga.
After you have signed into your account, you can purchase credits. Once again, I was not able to use my credit cards or Paypal to purchase credits. However, Rynga has another payment mechanism – CashU that is similar to UKash, but has a wider presence. The situation may be different for you, so try it out!!
You could use the dialer to make cheap calls or send SMS, or you could use Rynga SIP setting to use it on any other SIP device.
Rynga also provides local access numbers in several countries, including Argentina, Australia, Brazil, USA, UK, etc.
120 free days, i.e., every time you recharge, you can make free calls to several countries for free for the next 120 days.

Rynga currently has the best rates to several countries:

As you can see, these are one of the cheapest international calling rates to India, Bangladesh, and several other countries. If you are looking for the cheapest calling solution, you cannot go wrong with Rynga. I would, however, recommend you to recharge your account with the lowest denomination, to avoid any billing issues with Betamax.

Are you getting any error message? Are you able to access the site http://rynga.com? If not, your ISP may be blocking the site. In that case, you may have to use a proxy server to download the file.

Thanks to your information about I have been able to make cheap calls to Vietnam for 1 Eurocent/Min from Germany. FYI: From Germany one has more pay options like with Credit cards, paypal etc., maybe also from other European countries ...

Rynga web site is very slow, it is not easy to enter in rynga account page. It must should be sharper otherwise no body will take interest in lazy rynga. And making an account of rynga is also very difficult.

I have never faced such problems with the website. Where are you located and what internet connection are you using? Also, it might be a temporary phenomenon.

May i know why rynga has changed call charge for Bangladesh from .015 to .02 ? Actually as student i am searching the cheapest one. It was cheapest but suddenly you have change charging scheme. Can you please make it more cheapest for BD , atleast as it was before (0.015) or less.

Unfortunately this is something you will have to bear with if you are dealing with Betamax providers. Betamax reserves the right to change the call rates, and exercises this option very frequently. Look around, if you find a cheaper option, jump the ship.

I guess you want to transfer credit from one account to other. Unless your's is a reseller account, you cannot transfer credit from one Betamax account to other.

In any case, how is this helpful if both are your account?

You can download Rynga dialer from http://www.rynga.com/getfrommirror.php?lang=en and try it out. However, if you ISP is blocking VoIP calls, you may have to use Ringomax or some such software to be able to make VoIP calls.

I am from singapore. I cannot get connected to the access number here. It always show busy for the last 2 days.I send email to customer service also no reply. Anyone here have the same prob?

I try to send the complaint to the customer service but could not, they want error code number and specific telephone number. i am not getting error number and not getting any numbers.
