Unlimited International Calling Plans from YupeePhone [Review]

Today we review another VoIP provider, YupeePhone – the unlimited call provider. YupeePhone promises to offer something for everyone. So let us look at what YupeePhone has to offer. For this post, we will consider only the unlimited options:

  • Monthly Calling Plans: If you are a heavy user, YupeePhone offers monthly calling plans.
  • They have country specific calling plans, e.g. India Unlimited, Iraq – Jordan, etc. Monthly plans offer unlimited calling or fixed minutes to the destination, depending on the plan selected.
  • For instance, there are 3 India calling plans. India Baby Plan offers 1200 minutes to any phone in India from as many phones for $19.95 per month. India Family Plan offers 3000 minutes to any phone in India from as many phones for $39.95 per month. India Unlimited Freedom Plan offers unlimited calls to any phone in India from one phone for $39.95 per month.
  • YupeePhone also offers zone specific, wherein, you can make unlimited calls to  limited number of countries within a zone.  More details on the countries included in the zones is available here.

If you are a heavy user, you might want to consider YupeePhone. Since you can use the service from multiple phones, you can combine with others and buy a plan and share the tab. If you are not a heavy user, you may consider some of the other cheap international calling solutions covered in the past. If you have already used YupeePhone, please share your opinion.

Personally, I am not a very big fan of unlimited calling plans. I have explained earlier why unlimited calling plans  do not make sense. Such plans often cross-subsidize across users, so unless you are a really heavy user, I would not recommend unlimited plans.

    I tried yupeephone unlimited to Bangladesh, service is very very bad, you will hear ringing but nothing on the phone u r calling, most of the time they are out of service, and after all this try as soon as u get connected, your line will get cut-off. I can’t say anythig good ab’t this company. Don’t ever get it.

    Yupeephone does not give 120 free minutes any more but their prices are still the best on the market. I use pay per call for Canada and it is less than ½ a cent per minute.     Garbage, do not use, it was good but as usual with startup..now more costly with additional fees and network is down they try to show they are not aware about it… pathetic service.. do not use..

    Do not use yupeephone garbage. Just wasting money.Recently I recharge with the fact that they added a new service what call “Quality service” with call rate higher than the standard service. This garbage also same. I just hear ring tone and later my account was charge.
    Worst Yupeephone…
