Jumblo offering Cheapest International Calls to India, Pakistan,and more [Review]

We are sucker for cheap international calls. Today we review another VoIP provider, Jumblo, that seems to be offering some great VoIP deals to top VoIP destinations like India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Russia, etc. Jumblo is the latest kid on the block seeking to capture some VoIP market share. Let us look at Jumblo in little more detail:

These rates are among the best we have seen so far. You could look at some of the other options to make ultra cheap international calls.

Jumblo offers local access numbers across various countries. You could use the smart dialing feature to make the optimum use of the local access numbers. Using the local access numbers and the SIP support, you could make use of VoIP without the computer.

    my jumblo call is not working since last two days. The mic is not working. On the tool menus – sound devices – audio in – shows “auto” instead of “line in/mic in”.

    Now i when i make call i can hear the other party but they cannot hear me.

    How to solve this problem?

    Bilal, you are missing the point completely. Read our post on how to become a VoIP reseller?

    As a reseller, you are supposed to use only one of the permitted payment mechanisms. Becoming a reseller does not allow you to use Credit Card/Paypal. However, you can use credit card/Paypal to receive payments from your customers. Hope it helps, let me know if you have any other questions…

      Given that VoIP is blocked in UAE, I am not confident that Jumblo will work straight off. However, you can use proxy server or VPN to access Jumblo from UAE. Hope this helps..

    Jumblo/Rynga do not provide a proxy server. I am guessing you will have to use some external proxy server to bypass your ISP ban.

      Naveed, the SIP settings remain the same, irrespective of where you use the service. What varies is how and where you enter those settings. Unfortunately, I do not have access to the Blackberry model that you have and so cannot provide you with the step by step instructions. However, if you can send me screenshots of the app, I may be able to provide some guidance.

      As long as your device support SIP, you can use any service. I understand that Nokia 5130 supports SIP, so you can use Jumblo on it. You may follow the tutorial on configuring SIP account on Nokia useful.

      Firstly, TruVoIPBuzz is not offering any VoIP services, we just review them. As regards calls to African countries, you need to understand that for the most part calling the African countries is very expensive (partly due to regulations) and it is economically not feasible for VoIP providers to absorb the costs. It is important to note that even when providers offer free calls to certain countries, they still need to pay for the calls (albeit a small amount). However, given the business considerations, providers may be willing to absorb costs to certain destinations.

    Pennyconnect.com seems to have one of the cheapest rates to Fiji (8 Euro cents per minute). I will try to look for other options and let you know.

    Please note that the rates vary depending on the number that you are calling. Also, Jumblo (or any other provider) routinely changes rates to various destinations. You can compute the exact number of minutes that you can call by looking at their call rates.
