Collab.io simplifies collaboration [Tools]

If you have worked in a team, you already know what collaboration is all about. It involves multiple people (usually from diverse backgrounds) working on the same project. Today, we review Collab.io, a VoIP application that makes collaboration surprisingly easy.

All you need to do is fill in some basic fields like the topic, email addresses of the participants and the time of the meeting and Collab.io will do the rest. There is no registration, no passwords, etc. Once you fill in all the details, all the participants get an email with the details.

The email contains the number which everyone needs to dial to be a part of the collaboration space. Collab.io is nicely integrated with Drop.io and it automatically generates a shared space for the collaboration where all the documents can be shared. Once again the details are provided in the email that you receive.

Although this is meant to be used for collaboration, you can use Collab.io for free conference calls. Just enter the details of the participants and you are set for a FREE conference call.
